At Casavino Winery, we specialize in teaching our customers how to make wine while providing a unique hands on experience. Our expert wine makers will take you through the process of creating customized wine to specifically fit your palate.
The first part of the wine making process is to participate in a tasting. Schedule a time to come out to the winery and bring some friends, co-workers, family, or anyone you want. Throughout the year, Casavino Winery carries up to 40 different varietals that are all available for tasting at anytime - there's a lot to taste! After you narrow down which wine you would like to make you recieve the opportunity to work one on one with one of our expert wine makers to start the primary fermentation. At this time, your wine will stay at Casavino Winery for up to 90 days as we are ensuring quality and preparing the wine for bottling.
Part two includes the ability to work with Casavino Winery's graphic artist to create a custom label, all included in the cost. The process is all done electronically through our website. Please visit our Custom Labels page to get started on your design. Also, during this time Casavino Winery's expert wine makers will be monitoring your wine and completing the secondary fermentation. Your wine will then be stabilized and clarified and sent through our filtering system to continue the production process of making your very own wine!
The last part of our process involves the bottling, corking, and labeling of your wine. Simply call Casavino and schedule a date and time to come out to complete the bottling process. You or your group will bottle, cork, shrink-wrap, and label each bottle with your custom designed labels.
