
Sonoma Dry Creek Valley Chardonnay
A fresh, well balanced wine with typical Chardonnay characteristics of tropical and citrus aromas
and flavors. The fruit quality of these grapes is allowed to shine through, and the rich, round mouthful lingers to a long, crisp finish without the influence of oak. Complements almost any meal, including grilled chicken, fresh salmon, lobster, or pasta with cream sauces.

Italian Pinot Grigio
A bright, crisp, dry white wine with notes of perfume and spice to delight the nose.Fresh and lively with flavors of citrus and almond. A great sipping wine typically served with fish.

Sauvignon Blanc
A classic varietal with a grassy, herbaceous character, plenty of refreshing acidity, and a very dry mouth feel. Matches well with a wide range of fish, shellfish, vegetarian style foods, and goat cheese

Washington Columbia Valley Riesling
A fresh, exciting Riesling with floral aromas. This medium-bodied white wine is ripe with the flavor of peaches and apricots that fill the mouth. Lightly enhanced by Susse Reserve for added fruitiness and a touch of sweetness. Serve with seafood and grilled chicken.

Viognier
The intense fruitiness shows a surprisingly dry and aromatic finish. A delicate yellow color, tinged with the variety’s typical green-gold hue, this wine bursts out of the glass with apricot, peaches, and spice aromas. As it matures, it can also display hints of jasmine, honeysuckle, kiwi, mint, orange blossom, and even mango. A refreshing accompaniment to seafood and fish.

Green Apple Riesling
Clean, cool, and crisp. The zingy fresh acidity of a Riesling accented by mouth watering fresh green apple. Serve poolside with shrimp kabobs.

Peach Apricot Chardonnay
The dry, ripe character of chardonnay made refreshing by the addition of fresh-picked peaches and apricots. Great with BBQ chicken!

California Cabernet Sauvignon
A medium-full-bodied red wine with aromas and flavors of red and black fruit. Rich in tannins, it produces a deep, full- bodied wine with intense aroma and flavor. A robust wine, perfect with red meat or wild game.

California Pinot Noir
An elegant, medium-bodied red with cherry and spice flavors that are a delight to the palate. Perfect for mushroom-based dishes and veal.

Luna Rossa
Big, bold, and bountiful with loads of rich black fruits and oak. Plenty of tannin and structure for short-term aging. Excellent with red meats and stews.

Black Raspberry Merlot
The trendy merlots fruit-forward style accented by black raspberries. Serve with prime rib sandwiches.

French Merlot
A classic varietal that treats the palate to the flavor of ripe red berries. A soft, elegant wine with just a touch of French oak. Dry with medium body and medium oak. Serve with beef tenderloin and vegetable stews.

Australian Cabernet/Shiraz
The blend that made Australia famous. Cabernet Sauvignon’s structural intensity perfectly complements the ripe fruit and chocolate flavors of Shiraz, for a rich, complex and hearty red wine of outstanding character. Big, bold and dark – a luxurious treat. Ideal match for barbecued red meats.

Italian Sangiovese
This wine has a bright cherry character, overlaying strawberry notes, and hints of violets and white pepper. lt’s medium- bodied and wonderfully smooth, with a tannic zing of acidity and toasty oak. Great with veal parmigiana, pastas, pizza, blue cheese and fruits.

Argentine Malbec
The signature variety of Argentine, it is robust and fruity with good structure. Medium-body with lush red and black berries and a touch of spice. Excellent with red meats, wild game stews.

Australian Shiraz
Seductively delicious, with startlingly rich, ripe aromas, core fruit flavors of plums, cherries, and blackberries and a full zesty finish, Polished tannins make this wine not rough or harsh when young. Excellent with full flavored red meats and stews.

Piesporter
A sofi, easy drinking wine with delicate aromas enhanced by the flavor of apples, pears, honey, and elderflowers. Great for sipping or enjoying with your favorite gourmet sandwich.

Chocolate Cherry Port
The best qualities of port perfectly blended with fresh cherries. Serve with chocolate dipped fruits or just dark chocolate. The darker the better!
